Do we need to attach the Agent builder with the custom code?

I had built the agent in the elastic cloud and integrated the workflows and the other tools there! I am curious to know how exactly we are going to frame that in github repository?

    Any code or automation you have. Even if you put everything together in Kibana and that's the entire application, you might still have something for data ingestion etc?
