Serverless vs Cloud

Is it fine if I build this on Cloud instead of Serverless? Am I still eligible for the hackathon?

I started on hosted in error and dont want to port now (Yes, i had to use my own API Key and serverless has all the prebuilt ones :) )

  Yes. Only Agent Builder is required. Serverless is recommended but not mandatory; also see https://elasticsearch.devpost.com/rules.
